Pricing & Quotations
Prices have been omitted from this catalog because of frequent changes by manufacturers. However, as a customer
you may be fully confident that our prices will be competitive with current market quotations. Prices are typically
net distribution prices and are subject to change without notification. Quotations are available upon request.
Quotations are good for immediate acceptance unless otherwise noted, and are subject to change without notice.
Sales Tax
Edge is required to charge state and local tax for which sales tax exemption certification has not been provided.
Please provide sales tax exemption certification before ordering.
Terms of Sale
For customers with established credit, payment terms are Net 30. All orders are subject to the approval of the Credit
Department. Payments should be mailed to the remit to address on the invoice. A service charge will be added to all
amounts not paid within 30 days.
Cash Payment
We accept cash and most major credit cards.
Returns & Cancellations
We desire to handle all returns in a fair and flexible manner. Please contact a customer service representative prior
to returning any merchandise for approval. Edge requires original invoice on all returned merchandise and will
charge a restocking fee or handling charge. Special order or custom manufactured items may not be returned or
cancelled. Products with an expiration date may not be returned if close to or after the expiration date. Products
with traceability or certification requirements may not be returned without all necessary documentation. Products
with damaged boxes and missing proper identification may not be returned. Cancellation of orders may not be made
without our consent.
Delivery & Freight
We offer flexible freight and delivery options. Ask about the most effective way to get your products to your jobsite
or location in the timeframe you require. We have delivery vehicles to service local delivery needs. Edge also
contracts with UPS, common carriers, and flatbed haulers to provide freight options for all the products we carry to
any location requested. Special delivery requests, direct shipments from the manufacturer, UPS and common carrier
from our warehouse are F.O.B. shipping point unless otherwise noted. All merchandise becomes the property of the
purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. In the event merchandise is damaged or lost in transit, claims should be
submitted to the carrier.
Warranty
Products in this catalog are warranted to the final consumer by the manufacturer. Each manufacturer’s or product’s
warranty is specific and unique. Copies of such warranties are either supplied with product, are available from the
manufacturer, or can be requested.
Responsibility
It is our policy to represent only top line manufacturers who supply quality merchandise. Nevertheless, some
products may occasionally prove to be defective. Our liability is limited to the value of the defective material. We
will not allow claims for consequential damages, labor or other expenses.
