VaporBlock®G™ is a high performance 3-layer co-extruded underslab vapor barrier containing post-consumer
recycled content in the core layer

Outer layers are made from state-of the-art polyethylene resins that provide superior physical and perfor-
mance properties far exceeding ASTM E-1745 (Plastic Water Vapor Retarders Used in Contact with Soil or
Granular Fill Under Concrete Slabs) Class A, B and C requirements
VaporBlockG can help achieve a higher LEED rating by qualifying for Credit 4 (Recycled Content) of Materials and Resources by containing a
minimum of 10% post-consumer recycled polyethylene for 1 LEED point on qualifying projects
•
Select recycled polyethylene provides an excellent raw material that would otherwise be manufactured from virgin materials and at the same
time preserves landfill space.
•
Excellent tensile strength, very low permeability and puncture resistance that is almost twice the requirement of ASTM E1745-11
