ZipWall® Foam Rail Kit

An SLP™ or Kit 20 pole is required for
each Foam Rail™ cross bar (poles are
not included in the FR2)
•
The T-Clip is used to mount the poles
anywhere along the Rail (each FR2
comes with 2 T-Clips)
•
The Foam Rail™ cross bars push the
plastic or barrier material against the
ceiling but do not hold the material
securely in place, you must set up your
barrier using the ZipWall® poles placed 8 to 10 feet apart which
makes an incredibly secure and tightly sealed barrier

ZipWall® Pole Kit
•
The Kit 20 poles extend from 6' 9" to 20
feet and can be used in areas with a ceiling
height up to 21 feet
•
The spring loaded plunger called the jack
screws onto the end of the pole and adds a
foot of reach
•
The poles can be placed 8 to 10 feet apart
•
If there is any significant air movement that
pushes the plastic you will need to pull
them in closer together, anywhere from 4
to 8 feet
•
If the poles are placed closely together you may need two or more
people to attach them to the plastic and raise them into place
•
The GripDisk™ slide stoppers should always be used especially
on hard surfaces; two GripDisk™ slide stoppers come in every Kit
20 package
