type hollow wall anchor designed
for use in block, wallboard and
other hollow base materials; the
Toggle Bolt is a two-part assembly consisting of a machine screw
and a spring wing toggle
•
The Toggle wing is a permanently pre-assembled unit consisting
of four parts: two precision-stamped steel wings attached to a
threaded trunnion nut and a pre-stressed high-tensile coil spring
•
As the anchor is tightened, the wing configuration is designed to
sit flat against the underside of the wall, providing even distribution
of loading to prevent pull-through

Strap-Toggle™
Hollow Wall Anchor

The Strap-Toggle™ is a
pre-assembled anchor consisting of a carbon steel wing and a
locking cap/ratchet leg assembly molded from engineered plastic
•
When compared to traditional toggles, this unique anchor can be
installed through a smaller hole and does not require a fixture or
screw to set in the base material

Plastic anchor designed for use with
lightweight fixtures using a sheet metal
or wood screw. A flange formed at the
top end of the anchor body allows it to
be used in hollow base materials of

Wallboard Anchor
Zip-It®
•
The Zip-It® anchor is a one piece
self drilling anchor designed for use in hollow gypsum wallboard
for light duty loads, it is available in both engineered nylon and
Zamac alloy for use with No. 8 screws in 3/8” to 1” wallboard
•
During installation, the unique drill tip of the Zip-It® uses four offset
blades to ensure fast and true cutting
•
Two blades are cutting blades and the other two are guide blades
that stabilize the anchor for speed and accuracy during installation
•
The holding capacity of the anchor is achieved through a unique
thread design
•
Thin, knife-like threads have an oversized outer diameter that cuts
deeply and cleanly into the wallboard to spread the load over a
large bearing area while the tapered root of the threaded section
compacts the wall material around the anchor to further increase
the load capacity
•
Once fully seated, the collar of the Zip-it® sets flush to the surface
of the wallboard
•
